Yoga is best here for sure.Also,Trainers are well behaved and have expertise too.Head trainer(Neeraj) is especially the gem here.Yoga is good too.

Best gym for multi purpose like there is badminton court and other games separate CrossFit area which is better as compare to other gyms

I have recently joined the gym... The gym has large premises and includes Badminton court as well as indoor games like T.T, Chess etc. The fees is pocket friendly and the trainers are interactive. Do visit for a trial.
